MIT is one of the top academic institutes on the planet—they don’t have an admissions problem, they don’t have a development problem. But the MIT Sloan School of Management had a challenge. The School was starting to lose credit for the new ideas and practices they’d been developing and championing for decades. Other players who arrived to the game second but had more sophisticated communications with the global business community were starting to dominate the conversation.
